HOW DID WE DO? On a scale of 1-5 (1 being worst and 5 best), how would you rate Cocktail Hour Entertainment? Good What could we have done to improve your customer experience? Everything was great in terms of load-in and load-out and working with everyone. The only issue was one of our rentals (NBA Jam multicade), stopped working at one point. Our on-site contact came swiftly and rebooted the machine, however, one of our players and a few guests wanted to play and had to wait for it to be fixed. On a scale of 1-5 (1 being worst and 5 best), how would you rate our staff that attended your event? Good Please provide feedback about our staff? (Dressed appropriate, attentive, fun, knowledgeable) The staff were great - they arrived early and loaded everything in and out super quickly. When we had an issue with the NBA Jam multicade, our on-site contact was close by and able to come and fix it quickly. Would you recommend Cocktail Hour Entertainment? Additional Comments?
